MASS TIMETABLE REVIEWED

Fr Edwin, Deacon Jithin and Dean Peter have longed for the further easing of Mass attendance restrictions due to the Coronavirus.
We have heard many expressions of sadness at the closing of our churches during this difficult and hard time. With the restrictions just announced we have worked on providing more opportunities for parishioners to attend Mass. We are happy to come up with this program which we feel will be of comfort to Parishioners.
Mass will commence from Monday May 18, 2020. Parishioners wishing to come to Mass we need to put a contact/booking in system in place.

The system will be as follows:

On Mondays to Fridays there will be two Masses each day 9.00am and 11.00am. Only 10 people are allowed at each mass.
To secure a place please phone:

  1. Clare O’Brien, parish Secretary on Monday or Friday from 10.00am to 3.30pm. (5144 4100)
  2. Dean Peter, (0408 517 073) Tuesday to Thursday between 10.00am to 5.00pm
  3. Fr Edwin, (0469 733 929) Tuesday to Thursday between 10.00am to 5.00pm
  4. Dcn Jithin, (0490 364 751) Tuesday to Thursday between 10.00am to 5.00pm

A sheet will be placed at the central phone in the presbytery corridor to ensure no double-booking of requests already recorded. Should the requested time not be available – you will be offered an alternative time available that week.
To allow for as many parishioners as possible to attend Mass you are asked please, to limit your booking to attend a Mass – to one a month.
For recording purposes all attending must sign in and sign out. All must use the Hand Sanitiser provided and arrangements will be made for the wiping down of seats between the Masses.

WEEKEND MASS TIMETABLE

  • Saturdays: 1st Saturday of Month – 11.00am Loch Sport
  • Sundays: 1st, and 5th Sundays – 9.30am Stratford, 3rd Sundays Briagolong
  • 2nd and 4th Sundays – 9.30am Rosedale

CATHEDRAL WEEKEND TIMETABLE

  • Saturdays: 6.00pm
  • Sundays 9.30am (Live-stream)
  • 6.00pm

Remember, to attend any Mass, you must phone in your request – no later than 5.00pm on any Friday.

  • You are required to sign in and sign out.
  • Hand Sanitiser will be available at entry.
  • Keep Social Distancing rules and please use seats as directed, couples are exempt.
